Reiki Level One (1st Degree) Shoden

THIS IS A PERSONALISED WAY OF DELIVERING REIKI 1 TRAINING AS WE ONLY TEACH IN VERY SMALL GROUPS OF NO MORE THAN TWO PARTICIPANTS.

There are many healers out there who are brilliant but in my experience there is nothing more powerful than healing thy self through universal energy.

Reiki 1 kick starts your journey and honours you with the attunements to self heal and also to heal friends and family.

In our experience Reiki 1 is a game changer – its the beginning of very unique and special journey of self discovery.

Reiki healing is subtle and gentle but it is powerful. For me personally it was the turning point for the much needed change in my life. I look back all those years ago – more than a decade and can see the much needed changes in my life started after my first Reiki 1 Attunement.

You wil be introduced to the wonderful world of Reiki energy which will guide you on your OWN path to Self Healing & Spiritual development.

REIKI 1 COURSE

You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and learn about the body’s energy systems.

You will practice giving Reiki on the day, as well as receiving healing. At the end of the course you will be able to treatt yourself, as well as friends and family.

During the day, you’ll receive Reiki attunements which allow Reiki energy to flow with and to you. Once connected, the ability will stay with you for life.

This course will include-

History of reiki & Mindfulness, Precepts of Reiki

Grounding, respect & Protection and meditation

Overview of the Energy Systems of the body & how Reiki “works”

Learn to work with energy- simple exercises to feel your energy and that of other people

Learn “hands on” self treatment, treating others plus receiving a Reiki treatment.

The day is designed to give you lots of “hands on” practice, in order for you to leave confident in your abilities.

Course includes training manual & certificate.

Price £195 with a £100 deposit. Dates available in Sept, Oct and November 2024.

Reiki Level Two (2nd Degree) Okuden

£240

A minimum period of 6 months must have passed after completing your Reiki 1

We will recap over Reiki 1 and you will be introduced to three Reiki Symbols and explanations

You will also learn the technique and practice of distance healing and receive the attunements necessary to become a Reiki Healer.

As with all the Reiki attunements this Reiki 2 brings change, learning and evolution for our highest good. It is such a gift to yourself and the planet and we truly feel blessed and honoured to be a part of your journey and able to do this work. Love Greta and Gina.

REIKI MASTERS (3rd Degree) Shinpiden

This wonderful attunement takes us up into the next level of energy and connection. Hard to put into words but it feels like going from 4th to 5th gear when your driving. It is essential to wait a minimum of twelve months after the 2nd Degree before embarking upon the Master Degree. This Master’s Degree is for who wish to teach Reiki along with establishing what feels like a deeper connections of energy. Becoming a Reiki Master requires dedication and commitment as we will be passing on the ‘Usui Reiki Tradition.” But as with all the Reiki attunements it brings change, learning and evolution for our highest good.
