Greta is a recovery coach, speaker, event facilitator, healer, writer and qualified Journalist.
She is also co-founder of Evolve Workplace Performance and Wellbeing formed to offer organisations and business solutions for wellbeing. Formed with Hazel Madden, practising Senior Litigator with 23 years experience.
Greta Christina brings her journalsim skills to Theiamstories channel inspired to create an online space for eople to tell their stories focusing on the person behind the story.
As a recovery coach and mentor she works from lived experience of addiction and more importantly recovery and is deeply passionate about tackling addiction in society. worldwide
She has been practising meditation and spirituality for more than a decade and is a trained as a Qualified Gong Practitioner from the College of Sound Healing, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Mindfulness CIC, Leicester. Her sessions are all intuitive with no one size fits all. The healing is centred around the individuals needs, past experiences and feelings.
She works from a unique healing spaces n beautiful Swansea, South Wales – Float and Wellness Hub, Swansea where you can combine the amazing float therapy to quiet your mind and restore your body along with one of our services. You could also add on infrared sauna.

Float Therapy
Drift weightless in warm, mineral-rich water designed to reduce external stimulation and ease physical tension.

Quarterly Greta returns to a lovely space in Macclesfield, Cheshire at High Lane Farm, Gawsworth where she holds session for clients in the North West of England.
