There is a space of peace and calm within us which is always residing – it is just whether we tap into or not. 

These days there’s so many pressures and demands with work, family, relationships, perfectionism, money, business and simply just trying to fit in this world. By which we seem to have lost connection with ourselves by focusing outwards.

Greta says she has heard people say I cant meditate – it’s too difficult, or it doesn’t work, I couldn’t stop thinking.

 Mindfulness is not about stopping thinking. It is about coming home to oneself, to the breath and becoming present to what is.

Meditation is a practice. A way of living, of being and can really only be understood by practising it. 

Meditation is mind training. The same as the gym. Think how much time you spend on training for your body and then how much do you spend on training your mind. Meditation is training for the mind with the same philosophy as  the gym, the more you do, the greater the result.

Mindfulness is multifaceted and has so many layer and levels to it. This is why Greta says its best to connect with a trained teacher who can guide you on your path.

Greta teaches Mindfulness with principles Jon Kabatt Zinn teachs but she also brings in  traditional Buddhist Teachings and other practices.

Meditation is incredibly helpful for everyone no matter who you are and has been found to really help with stress, anxiety, negative thinking, loss, recovery, chronic conditions and pain etc.

Meditation helps people become more present, focused, grounded, better listeners, stay calm under pressure, reduce anger and become more compassionate, wise and respectful and kind.

Mindfulness meditation can take place indoors on chairs or cushions or out in nature sitting on the earth or walking or connecting to nature.

Meditation is one of the most powerful life changing practices we have available to us through our breath. It has been practised for thousands of years to help stop suffering and the Buddha is the proof of this.

Change doesn’t need to cost a fortune. It doesnt need to be exciting, massive, dramatic or woo woo.  Meditation is mind training – a skill that for me, has led to major positive changes in my life.

These short session can teach you the basics of how to meditate and manifest the life you want. I will provide you the knowledge on how your thoughts create your reality.

Each session is just an hour in length, and to truly enjoy the benefits I recommend at least 3 sessions.

Reiki

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words – ‘rei’ meaning universal spirit and ‘ki’ meaning life force energy. It is NON-INTUSIVE, safe AND GENTLE WAY OF healing and self-improvement.

I specialise in Sex and Love addiction,  often this is very misunderstood and is an underestrimated illness
