Shamanic Healing Within Nature
Greta is a qualified Shamanic Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher and Reiki Master having spent over 10 years practicing spirituality and meditation.
OUR OWN HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IS INTRINSICALLY LINKED TO THE HEALTH OF THE PLANET, TO THE ENVIRONMENTS WE SURROUND OURSELVES IN.
Greta uses her unique experiences, and understanding to offer health and wellbeing programs either one to one or as a group, outside in nature, inside in a calm space or at your business. Greta works from a beautiful location in Gawsworth, Macclesfield at High Lane Farm but is also willing to travel. For reiki or shamanic healing she will travel within a 10 mile radius of Buxton and for events and ceremonies she is happy to discuss options.

Nature is at the heart of healing. Time spent immersed in nature really helps to heal our mind, body, and spirit and reconnect to the earth, holding many of her sessions as possible outside, without being confined by walls, Greta can help you find and reconnect to the earth, nature itself can take you to the present moment rather than the past or the future. Removing yourself from modern life, social media, deadlines, traffic, and politics allows peace and serenity.
Nature in itself is meditation – it is peace and calm – it is one of the main joys in life which really can bring clarity and healing.

Healing Programme
All illnesses including terminal ones, chronic, and ones like addiction can prevent us from living a full and free life. From my past experiences and through training I can offer you true guidance and a road to recovery.
I specialise in Sex and Love addiction, often this is very misunderstood and is an underestrimated illness
Mindful Meditation & Positive Thinking
Time spent immersed in nature to heal our mind, body and spirit– connect to the earth. Get grounded and balanced. Nothing quite heals like mother earth – getting out into nature gives our nervous system a rest and a pause away from the madness of technology.
Reiki
The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words – ‘rei’ meaning universal spirit and ‘ki’ meaning life force energy. It is NON-INTUSIVE, safe AND GENTLE WAY OF healing and self-improvement.
Shamanic Healing
The shamanic journey is the doorway to healing and is the basis of all healing. Shamanism is one of the oldest spiritual practices on the planet. Shamanic healing looks at the spiritual cause that underlies illness, dis-ease, addiction or difficulties. It can often help when when other more conventional methods havent.
