The purpose of this retreat is to create a safe space for healing, sharing, connecting, understanding and to connect to nature and the elements, enhance creativity but most importantly to give you tools to help you on your recovery journey.
The January cold will bring us into a state of rawness and aliveness as we connect to the elements. Workshops will be in indoor spaces but also there will be time outside in nature. The cold brought us in contact with our whole being and touched our souls.
This is not a detox or addiction recovery program.
There is nothing quite like being sat around a fire in nature, in community sharing our truths with others who get us because they just get us.
We merge recovery principles with spiritual practices to assist you in your healing.
We will cover the serious nature of addiction and what is recovery,
