I understand the power of healing – I know because I have been healed many times in my life. Healed from loss, grief, addiction, broken heartedness, pain, painful, inflammatory conditions, arthritic conditions, dysfunctional relationships, trauma, fibromyalgia, self-doubt, nervous system meltdowns, fear – the list goes on and on and on. This list is not exhaustive and could be so much longer.
You see I believe we have a power to heal ourselves through spiritual practices and some kind of surrender to a higher power.
As a healer I am simply the channel for a spiritual power that brings changes us humans can’t.
I speak from experience -whoever reads this – you are loved more than you could ever believe possible — you are not alone and you can heal as easily as you believe you can and grow through the difficult times to be reborn – to reach a death of the old self and step into the new.
I am here to serve all who feel called to call me. May I always have the understanding and purity and be the clear channel I am sent to be.

ABOUT
There are many reasons one seeks to heal, to change, to grow. Sometimes change is thrust upon us without a choice, sometimes staying as we are is no longer an option and sometimes the journey is gentle, exciting and new. Wherever you are on your journey Antonia can guide and support you towards peace, calm, self-discovery, self-love and empowerment.
She works through green therapy (out in nature), sound healing, self care, meditation, body work and other spiritual practices such as shamanism and reiki.
Antonia understands the importance of bringing gentleness, compassion and understanding to her sessions and works from her own experience of her own journey of healing and recovery.
She has been meditating and practising spirituality for more than a decade and is a qualified Gong Practitioner from the College of Sound Healing, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner and mindfulness meditation teacher from Mindfulness CIC, Leicester,.
Her sessions are all intuitive with no one size fits all. The healing is centred around the individuals needs and wants, past experiences and feelings.
Stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ptsd, dysfunction and addiction sickens one’s soul, mind, body and one’s life. Each of these take away our right to live a happy and peaceful life which is our birth right.
Her client base is varied and vast. She has worked with those suffering from cancer, stress, anxiety, insomnia, addiction and other ailments and illnesses and believes in the power of energy healing through sound, hands on healing and shamanic practices with mindful intent.
Antonia works from a lovely space in Macclesfield, Cheshire at High Lane Farm, Gawsworth and also hosts her events out there. She also has a healing space in Buxton, Derbyshire and can see people in Chorlton, Manchester.

In relation to personal, long-term programs or personalised healing journeys, there is a possible offer of sliding scale options. This is a way to support those who are committed to deep inner work and ready for it but may need a range of different practices and affordability.
If you’re drawn to work together and feel your ready to look at whats going on but are unsure about affordability, please dont hesitate to contact me. Where there is a wish there is a way. Every arrangement is on a case-by-case basis, wth compassion, confidentiality, and respect.
