She has witnessed first hand the healing power of sound for disease, illness, trapped energy blocks, relaxation etc. Sound has played a massive role in her own healing journey of overcoming illness such as fibromyalgia and trauma. Greta believes sound is one of the most powerful healing tool on the planet today. It is also amazing for relaxation and finding a sense of peace of calm. 

Sound including the drum and the gong through vibration works on all aspects of our being :  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  It is said that dis-ease begins in the subtle energy body, and moves to the physical over time. So, if we can remove blockages and stagnant energy  before it hits the physical, we can keep ourselves healthy. The gong on the emotional level can have a clearing effect and help to shift old patterns and clear out old emotional issues and trauma, so we can move forward. It also helps us connect with our intuitive power and receive guidance from universal energy – something greater than us..

1 hour £70 and 1.5 hr £90.
